As a base of the system we selected Sugar CRM, the market leading open source CRM application in order to minimize development time and to reduce total solution cost.

Clients looking for real estate are able to perform real estate search in state database showing real estate objects and infrastructure (Restaurants, Parks, Fitness, Grocery etc.) on map. They also can create a personal profile containing their search criteria and saved real estate objects.

Realtors can manage their profiles containing customer data, personal settings and work schedule. The system allows realtors managing meetings and calls calendar, creating notes and email notifications. Realtor can easily manage real estate objects in the database and create a video/audio tours.

The system has a reporting engine allowing building custom sales reports.
